Our final day of school is done for this academic year and what a very strange year it has been. It was lovely to see lots of our Year 2, 3 and 4 children yesterday. Your teachers have missed you lots and really enjoyed seeing your smiley faces back in school.

The teachers also really enjoyed meeting their new classes on Microsoft Teams today, and I know they’re looking forward to meeting you all properly in September.

We gave our Year 6 children a good send off on Wednesday and know they will continue to do well as they move on to high school. We wish them all the best for the future.

We are so proud of all of our children and how they have faced such a difficult and uncertain time. You have all been truly amazing. Have a lovely summer and we look forward to seeing you in September.

    Mr Griffiths.

  • The Hub

Following the response from the survey that was sent out last week, we have made the decision to reopen The Hub over the summer and provide childcare for those that need it. In order to allow us to plan effectively and make decisions on the unfurloughing of Hub staff, I would ask that if you require childcare over the summer, please contact us with your bookings by Friday 3rd July. This will allow us to plan the provision effectively and ensure it can be delivered safely and according to social distancing guidelines. The dates booked need to be set as much as possible to be able to staff properly. Cancellations will be allowed with 7 days notice.  If notice is not given or given after the 7 day notice period the booked sessions will still be chargeable.
