The Hub – Easter Half Term

The deadline for bookings for the Easter Half Term is Friday 15th March.  We will still accept bookings after this date however they will be subject to availability.  

To request a booking after this date please e-mail thehub@chps.school

If you would like your child to attend The Hub and you have not previously used the provision, please complete the registration form (see link below) and agreement to asephton@chps.school

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled online via magic booking, even within the notice period. Cancellations can be done by selecting bookings, view bookings, amend dates and following the directions.

A credit note will automatically be generated if the appropriate amount of notice has been given.  If you are cancelling on the same day please also e-mail the hub on thehub@chps.school

Late Bookings

Late bookings are subject to availability and a £2.00 fee per child

Late bookings can be made by contacting thehub@chps.school (term time and holidays) or asephton@chps.school (term time only).
