In light of the recent passing of Her Majesty The Queen, this morning, some of the pupils from Cheslyn Hay Primary School visited people in the village to spread some joy, showing their respect and appreciation for her years of service.
Many people, as you will have seen in the news, have laid flowers at the various royal estates. Here at Cheslyn Hay, we also gifted flowers in memory of The Queen. However, rather than laying them at one of the many royal estates, with your nominations, we gifted them to people in our community in Her Majesty’s memory.
A special morning was had by all, with many smiles and memories made, which we believe would be in keeping with The Queen’s values.
A huge thank you to the PTFA for kindly donating the flowers allowing for such a lovely morning in sad circumstances.
